Dry Rub:
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoons Cumin Powder
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Powder
Possible Additions/Substitutions:
cocoa powder, cinnamon, espresso/coffee, mustard powder, ginger powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary, various chili powders, five spice, nutmeg, curry powder, star anise, coriander, etc.
